Usually, people think that the broker will help you find the house, negotiate, and write the contract. The definition of a real estate broker is: A real estate broker, real estate agent or realtor is a person who represents sellers or buyers of real estate or real property. Brokers and agents are licensed by the state to negotiate sales agreements and manage the documentation required for closing real estate transactions.
A real estate advisor’s primary job is to evaluate real estate, short and long-term goals, and provide options for the best use of any given property. Availability-Have you ever called a realtor and they don’t call you back? It doesn’t matter when you buy or sell with us. If you have a question, as advisors, we are happy to answer that.
Weekly Check-in’s-Depending on where you are at in the buying or selling process, we will be diligent to get any updated information over to as soon as possible and provide you with weekly check-ins. As your real estate advisor, it is important for us to keep you updated on the progress of you transaction as well as making sure you are communicated effectively.
Negotiate and Close-We will act on your behalf to negotiate for you in the transaction all the way to close.
Education-We will provide you with the education you need based on your goals. Buying is a big deal and usually one of the largest purchases of your life. We are here to help you navigate through each stage of the buying process.
Analytics-We will provide analytics to ensure we make the best decision when buying or selling your home.
Goals-During our consult we will talk about your goals and we will advise back to your goals along the way.
