In 2016, Holly began investing in real estate through the house hacking strategy prior to becoming a broker. While continuing to house hack and invest in the Pacific Northwest and the Bay Area of California, Holly became a Realtor with the goal of helping people buy and sell property with ease and purpose. She is very passionate about giving people all of the options to choose from when buying or selling. This includes finding on and off-market properties, strategic social media marketing, and creative ways to close contracts that go beyond a typical transaction.
