Shore Acres

Just like the name, Shore Acres are located along the east side of Gig Harbor on the Puget Sound. This is a great place for people looking to retire and families. $588,000 Median Sales Price.

Vaughn

The neighborhood of Vaughn is located in the northwest area of Gig Harbor.  Average home prices are around $309,975.  Vaughn is the most affordable place in Gig Harbor.  However, it is furthest from downtown Gig Harbor but can offer some great opportunities to own a coastal home. 

Wollochet

Close to the shopping center of Gig Harbor, there are a variety of homes to choose from here to serve your needs while having easy access to Tacoma, healthcare, downtown Gig Harbor, and recreation. It’s one of the first exits you can take coming over the Tacoma narrows bridge, which is one of the ways to travel to Seattle.  $541,000 median sales price. 

Tacoma is 1 mile across the Tacoma Narrows bridge and Seattle is 40 minutes north with SeaTac airport in between.  Traffic can double this time to Seattle depending on when you commute.
