Cordata

This is one of the newest neighborhoods in Bellingham. Situated in the northeast corner of the city, this area is popular because of its location to shopping and Whatcom Community College. There is a wide variety of real estate options here, including apartments, condos, and single-family homes.

Fairhaven

Fairhaven is a historic neighborhood. It appeals to homebuyers who are looking for both charm and convenience. Residents can walk to boutiques, cafés, parks, and trails.
