Do you help people find a rental?

I offer an initial consult whether you are buying or renting to discuss neighborhoods, schools, and answer questions for those moving to Washington.

I'm interested in buying, how do I get started?

I like to set up a meeting by phone or video call to go over my buyer’s goals. The consult is about 30 to 40 minutes and you will get many of your questions answered then.

I'm looking at selling my home, how do we get started?

My team and I will come to your home to get an idea of how to market, price, and strategize a sale to bring competitive offers. The in-person tour is about 1/2 hour. After that, we will talk about your goals and follow back up with you on our recommendation for a price.

I am looking at investing. Can you recommend how to get started?

Yes. I specialize in small multi-family investments. Buying duplexes is how I got started in real estate! I suggest we set up a phone call to go over your goals, budget, and establish a pro forma.  This is a complimentary consultation.
